Our new tenant procurement pricing establishes a new flat fee cost structure.

The maximum tenant procurement fee is set at $850, payable upon successful tenant placement, if you choose our comprehensive property management plan for the duration of the tenant's stay.

Our monthly management fee is between 8%-10%. Special pricing is provided if you have multiple properties in your portfolio! We would love to discuss this more with you. Contact us for details!
